AccessRamps.ca is one of a group of informational websites which are based in south-central Ontario, Canada.

Originally set up as an informational site only in 2007, the site provides fact sheets on wheelchair ramps in general and specific information on a variety of wheelchair ramps from several manufacturers.

The products on this web site can, for the most part be purchased at SpinLife.com .

The fact sheets were written by myself and the product page information is based on the manufacturers literature which I have edited to fit the formatting of our web site.

About Me

I have worked in the home health care business since 1985 in several capacities including delivery, service, inside sales and outside sales. In these capacities I was responsible for explaining how many different types of home medical equipment worked and helped people choose the products which best met their needs.

A few years ago I found myself unable to work after developing my own disability (not mobility related). At that time I decided to share the knowledge and information I had gained troughout my career on a series of websites for people who were interested.

I felt there was a need for websites which were designed more towards freely sharing information rather than just selling products.
